Overview

Basavashree College of law is one of the constituents of Karnataka State Law University setup by Basavashree Educational Trust with the permission of Government of Karnataka and Bar Council of India to promote professional education and to promote and organize social activities for building up cultural social and educational character of young generation. The trust was established in the year 2004 and started its first venture Basavashree College of law opening for 3 years LL.B Course with capacity of 79 Admission in the first year. Today in these college there are 400 students pursuing the law course for the academic year 2010-2011. The Basavashree college of law is commencing 5 years LL. B, BBA Law Course for attracting the commerce graduate with the intent to spread legal education as necessity to all sectors and sections of the society.
