Bongaigaon College

Overview

This Platonic motto actuated a group of visionaries to contemplate starting an institution of higher learning in the educationally backward area of Assam way back in 8th July 1964. Bongaigaon College is the translated version of a lofty ideal. The College is situated 200 k.m. away from Guwahati, the capital city of Assam. Affiliated to Gauhati University, the most reputed University of the North –East, Bongaigaon College today can easily stake a claim to be one of the premier colleges in Assam.
