Overview

Canan School of Catering & Hotel Management (CSCHM), Chennai was established in 1993. It started with the batch of 9 students and has grown to strength of 610 students in 2004-2005. Canan attracts students from 22 states in India and six countries abroad. Canan graduates have been absorbed by 110 hotels in India, and are also working in various hotels in 10 countries across.
