The Department of Hotel Management & Catering Technology was established in 1996.As per university statute 7.17(2) the Department of Hotel Management & Catering Technology is part of the Faculty of Management with Prof P. K. Yadav as the founder Head & Dean. The BHM programme was accorded approval in 1998 by AICTE. Since it\'s establishment the Department has come a long way. At present all required facilities needed for a well developed Hotel Management Institute are existing.
