Overview

Ayurveda is one of the greatest gifts of the sages of ancient India to mankind. It is of the oldest documented, codified scientific medical sciences in the world with a long history of results of clinical experiences. It is not only a system of medicine in the conventional sense that cures diseases, but also teaches us to adopt a way of life that maintain and conserve health and promote longevity. Ayurveda treats man as a “whole” which means combination of body, mind and soul, therefore, it is a truly holistic and integral medical system.
