Overview

G.M.Bilakhia College of Arts is managed by Noor Education Trust, Vanda. It has been founded by an eminent Gandhian Shri Gafurbhai Bilakhia with the blessings of his mother Poojya Noorbaimaa. Its sole aim has been to provide quality higher education, to the sons and daughters of the residents of the rural region, at their doorsteps and at minimum expense.Moreover, being a former resident of Vanda, Shri Gafurbhai Bilakhia wishes that every child gets not only educated but also prosper socially, educationally and economically.
