Overview

This Institution was established in 1998 by Guru Nanak Educational Society(Regd.), Gopalpur, (Ludhiana), registered with the Registrar of Societies, Punjab Chandigarh. The affairs of the society are being managed and looked after by its experienced senior members, headed by the worthy Chairman, Dr. Balwinder S. Walia an eminent educationist. Guru Nanak Ayurvedic Medical College & Research Institute, Gopalpur (Ldh.) is affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot & recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi. The very first admission to the B.A.M.S. Ist Prof. with just 22 students was made in Jan. 2001. Since then the College is on the road to continuous success.
