“HJD Institute of Technical Education Research aspires to develop as a centre of excellence, imparting quality education, generating competent, skilled and human manpower to face with the fast - evolving global scenario.” HJD Institute of Technical Education and Research, Kera was established in 2010, situated in the natural surroundings at a distance of 24Km from Bhuj town of Kutch district in Gujarat. It is the first self - financed engineering college in Kutch, emerging under Swa. Kanji Karsan Halai Education & Charitable Trust with a mission to enhance the current education systems. The college is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU) and is recognized by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The organization is certified by ISO 9001-2008 which itself proves the objective of the institute to meet the highest standards of technology and professionalism world wide. Institute intends to follow the Vedic idiom \"सा विद्या या विमुक्तये\" to help students to face the challenges of life and to prove their caliber.
