Institute of Hotel and Restaurant Management (IHRM), Kolkata offers Diploma and Bachelor degree courses in Hotel and Catering technology. With the changing demographics and international scope of the marketplace, the college mission is to leverage diversity to prepare the students to gain the competencies to overcome the complex issues of the workplace and have long successful careers. The Audio-Video media system also brings concentration in the studies of students. Arrangement of white boards, PA system, OHP and rostrum has been made to make learning more effective. LCD projectors are also used to facilitate presentation and effective demonstrations. Students are provided with ergonomically designed chairs and tables for more comfort. The institute\'s infrastructure is modern with well equipped facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments of the college.
