Overview
I.P College (IPC), Bulandshahr was established in 1970 by Late Shri Iswar Dayal Ji and his wife Late Smt. Parsandi Devi. The grant-in-aid courses which are started before 1997, receive fund from Government of UP through Director of Higher Education (UP), Allahabad on 100% net deficit basis. But the courses, which are started after 1997, are running under self-financing scheme.
