The sapling of Lyallpur Khalsa College for Women (affiliated to GNDU Amritsar) , Jalandhar, accredited A+ by NAAC was sown as a girls section of Lyallpur Khalsa College , Jalandhar in 1960.It has now bloomed into full fledged, independent and prestigious Institution affiliated to the G.N.D.U. upto Post Graduate standard. Since then, it has been marching onwards with steady and quick strides, not only keeping pace with its other counterparts but has also touched the pinnacle of glory in many other fields which is a matter of great pride for the institution. The Managing Committee of the College consists of zealous educationists’ who, realizing the importance of female education, take care to create such opportunities which may enable the Institution to serve the cause education in the most benefiting manner.
