Dr. Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil. He spent major part of his life in uplifting the downtrodden and lower classes. He put faith only in hard work and tried to unlock the boundaries of education for those masses of the society who were not to able to fulfill their daily needs due to the restrictions imposed upon them. Today Rayat Shikshan Sanstha impart knowledge from K.G. to P.G. in twelve district of Maharashtra and has spread in the neighboring state of Karnataka also.his college was established in the year 1970 within the span of thirty eight years it has grown up into a big tower of knowledge. It is the peak of its achievements. We are proud to mention that this institution has taken task to provide higher education to thousands of students specifically from rural areas of Panvel, Uran, Khalapur taluka and of Navi Mumbai.
