Overview

Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology was established in 1997 at National Highway No-58, Delhi – Roorkee Bypass Road, Baghpat Crossing, Meerut, under the aegis of City Educational and Social Welfare Society, a well known philanthropic organization. Department of Education came into existence in 2006. It is situated in serene surroundings with absolute pollution free environment with plenty of greenery all- around provide an ideal atmosphere for studies. It provide the best infrastructure – laboratories with latest equipments, computer lab with wi-fi connectivity, rich library with wide variety of Journals and e-journals, reading room facility, well furnished class rooms, separate hostel for boys and girls, mess and canteen facilities, transport facility for Merrut & NCR and promotes several co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
