The institute has a three tier system of governance and control.Shikshan Vikas Mandal\', comprising of Eight Office bearers Governing Council, comprising of Fifteen members Local Managing Council, comprising of Representatives of Management, representatives from the society, Academic and Administrative staff.Principal is the chief executive and administrative head of the institute. Institute functions and governed under the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994.
