Silchar College of Education

Overview

Silchar College of Education, Silchar was set up with an objective of producing secondary level qualified and trained teachers in the region. Silchar College of Education is affiliated to Assam University. Silchar College of Education received approval from the NCTE (National Council for Teacher’s Education) in 2003 and the ERC (Eastern Regional Committee). The College has equipped itself with all the necessary infrastructural facilities for the Pursual of academic activities.
