The Noida International University is a Universities Grants Commission(UGC)recognised university[1] and is sponsored by the Maruti Educational Trust. It was given the status of a university by the Government of Uttar Pradesh vide notification No. 1108/79-vi-1-10-1 (Ka) 23-10 Lucknow. The 75 acres of the Noida International University is located near the Yamuna Expressway Educational Hub, Gautam Budh Nagar and is just opposite to the F1 racing track. The current Chancellor of the University is Dr Arvind Kumar Singh, he has succeeded as the Chancellor in the year 2010 and with this he has become the youngest ever Chancellor of any university in the world. He was with a PhD in management for his work on "how the growth and development of the effect the growth of leadership and success of its Staff Committee."
